REFUND, CANCELLATION & REVISION POLICY

At TSD Production, all services are customized digital creative services created specifically for each client. Since every project requires time, creativity, planning, and professional effort, we follow the refund and revision policy outlined below.

By placing an order or making any payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.

1. Nature of Our Services

TSD Production provides customized digital services, including but not limited to:

  • Graphic Design
  • Logo Design
  • Brand Identity
  • Motion Graphics
  • 3D Animation
  • Product Animation
  • Video Editing
  • Social Media Design
  • Website Design
  • UI/UX Design
  • YouTube Branding
  • Digital Marketing Creatives

As every project is created specifically for an individual client, it cannot be returned like a physical product.

2. No Refund Policy

All payments made to TSD Production are final and non-refundable.

Once a project has been confirmed and work has commenced, no refund will be issued under normal circumstances, regardless of:

  • Change of mind
  • Business closure
  • Delay in client response
  • Change in business strategy
  • Personal reasons
  • Dissatisfaction based on personal preference after approved revisions

Clients are encouraged to carefully review project requirements before placing an order.

3. Advance Payments

Advance payments are made to reserve project scheduling and begin work.

Therefore:

  • Advance payments are non-refundable.
  • Advance payments cannot be transferred to another project unless approved by TSD Production.
  • Advance payments cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Revision Policy

Every standard project includes up to three (3) revisions, unless otherwise stated in the quotation or agreement.

A revision refers to minor improvements to the existing approved design or concept.

Examples include:

  • Text corrections
  • Color adjustments
  • Font changes
  • Minor layout refinements
  • Small animation timing adjustments
  • Minor icon or element replacement

5. What Is NOT Included in Revisions

The following requests are considered new work and are not included in the free revision limit:

  • Complete redesign
  • New logo concept
  • New animation concept
  • New branding style
  • Changing the entire color theme after approval
  • Changing project dimensions after completion
  • Adding new scenes
  • Adding new pages
  • Adding new features
  • Replacing major design elements
  • Major content changes
  • Changes requested after final approval

These requests will be quoted and billed separately.

6. Additional Revision Charges

After the included three revisions have been completed, any additional revisions may be subject to extra charges.

The amount will depend on:

  • Complexity of changes
  • Time required
  • Project scope
  • Delivery urgency

Work on additional revisions will begin only after approval of the revised quotation (if applicable).

7. Client Delay

To maintain our production schedule, clients are expected to provide feedback within a reasonable time.

If a client does not respond for 30 consecutive days, the project may be marked as inactive.

Reactivation of an inactive project may require:

  • A reactivation fee
  • Revised pricing
  • A new delivery schedule

8. Project Cancellation

If the client chooses to cancel the project after work has started:

  • Payments already made will not be refunded.
  • Completed work up to the cancellation date will remain the property of TSD Production until all outstanding dues are cleared.
  • Any pending invoices remain payable.

9. Cancellation by TSD Production

TSD Production reserves the right to cancel or refuse a project if:

  • The client provides abusive or inappropriate communication.
  • The requested work is illegal or unethical.
  • The client repeatedly requests work outside the agreed scope without approval.
  • Payment obligations are not fulfilled.
  • The client violates these Terms & Conditions.

In such cases, refunds will generally not be issued for work already completed.

10. Scope Changes

If the client changes the original project requirements after work has begun, such changes shall be treated as a change in project scope.

Examples include:

  • Additional pages
  • Additional animations
  • Additional designs
  • New deliverables
  • Different branding direction

Scope changes may result in:

  • Additional charges
  • Revised timeline
  • New quotation

11. Final Approval

Once the client provides final approval of a design, animation, website, or other deliverable, the project will be considered completed.

Any further modifications requested after approval will be treated as a new service and may incur additional charges.

12. Delivery of Final Files

Final files will be delivered only after:

  • Full payment has been received.
  • The project has been approved by the client.
  • Any outstanding dues have been cleared.

13. Source Files

Editable source files (such as AI, PSD, AE, Blender, C4D, Figma, etc.) will only be delivered if they are included in the project quotation or specifically purchased.

If source files are not included in the quotation, only the agreed final output files (such as JPG, PNG, PDF, MP4, MOV, etc.) will be delivered.

14. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare and exceptional circumstances, TSD Production may, at its sole discretion, consider an alternative resolution if:

  • The project has not yet started, and
  • No creative work or production work has been performed.

Any such decision shall be entirely at the discretion of TSD Production and shall not establish a precedent for future projects.
